About This Course

Tajweed is not merely rules to memorise — it is the path through which Muslims have preserved the words of Allah exactly as they were revealed, across fourteen centuries. When you master Tajweed, you recite the Quran as the Prophet ﷺ recited it, and as his noble Companions did after him.

The difference between reading the Quran and mastering its recitation lies in Tajweed. At Moddaker Academy, every student learns each rule both theoretically and practically, under scholars who hold an Ijazah through an unbroken chain — until Tajweed rules become a natural part of every recitation.

Why Tajweed Matters

A single mispronounced letter can change the meaning entirely

In Arabic, the difference between ق and ك, or ذ and د, is not merely an accent — it changes the word completely. Reciting the Quran without Tajweed risks altering its meaning. The scholars have declared learning Tajweed a Fard 'Ayn — an individual obligation — upon every Muslim who reads the Quran.

  • Teachers with a verified Sanad — chain of transmission
